Request an RMA

Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any optics back to our facility.

Pack with Care

Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all eyepieces, manuals, and accessories, then place it inside a sturdy outer shipping box.

Ship the Equipment

Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outer box, then drop off the package at your preferred insured carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
